**Warning! This post contains no actual spoilers** Let’s say you just finished watching the season premiere of Walking Dead, and it was totally awesome. Your natural reaction, like any reasonably-social human being, is to blast your love of it out to the interwebs so that you can share your feelings on it communally. In the distant past, we satisfied this impulse through emails, instant messenger, or in show-specific fan-forums. In the distant distant past, we talked to real-life people who were actually in the room with us. This helped contain the spread of deadly, spoiler-laden conversations, making it unlikely that we’d spoil a show for someone (or, at least, for more than one person at a time).
